This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website and general business communications. Protected health information (PHI) that we collect and maintain as a healthcare provider is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which is provided to clients and families at the start of services. These providers process information on our behalf solely to provide services to Arizona Autism.

Our Site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Information about minor clients is collected only from parents or legal guardians in connection with the provision of services and is protected as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and opt out of calls by notifying us.
