Tyler's Place
Our mission is to provide teenagers with developmental disabilities a place to go after school and during breaks where they can improve the quality of their life by interacting with peers, enjoy recreational activities and work on the life skills they need in order to become the best version of themselves. Everyone should have a place where they are welcomed and cared for.
