Our onboarding team will review your information and contact you regarding next steps and therapist availability.
What You Can Expect
Once your information is submitted, our intake team will review your request and once you're approved, we will then begin the onboarding process. Families receive updates throughout therapist matching and scheduling.
Most onboarding timelines take approximately 4–6 weeks depending on therapist availability, insurance processes, and required documentation.
Helpful Tip: Providing a referral/script from your doctor that states “evaluate and treat” may help speed up the onboarding process.
