Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are certified independent practitioners and supervisors who provide behavior-analytic services.

You will work with clients who are 18 months to 18 years old on the autism spectrum to help them acquire new skills. You will provide supervision to RBTs providing services in home as well as those seeking BCBA supervision hours. BCBAs complete daily notes to produce progress reports as well as assess new clients.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to RBTs based on insurance requirements.

  • Conduct assessments every 6 months based on insurance authorizations.

  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and supervisees.

  • Supervise/ Modify client programs to ensure progress is being made.

  • Conduct bi-weekly parent trainings with families.

  • Write performance evaluations for behavior therapists.

  • Attends staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.

  • Motivated to lead by example.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required (those sitting in the near future are encouraged to apply)

  • Active Behavior Analyst license

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, PECS, PRT, and ESDM a plus

  • Experience conducting FBAs or FAs

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Criminal Background Check

  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • 3 Professional References

(we’ll help you sign up but you will be responsible to pay the $75 fee)
